Withdrawals above the annual 10% free allowance or full surrenders during the guarantee period incur surrender charges and may also be subject to MVA. Charges decline annually and reach 0% at the end of the term or during the 30-day renewal window.

If the owner dies before annuitization, beneficiaries receive the full contract value with no surrender charges or MVA applied.

Beginning in contract year two, owners may withdraw up to 10% of contract value annually without surrender charges. Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) may be taken penalty-free when applicable.

Eagle Guarantee Focus® is a Single Premium Deferred Annuity (SPDA) that credits a fixed interest rate for the entire duration of the selected 3-, 5-, or 7-year guarantee period. The policy is funded with a one-time premium payment, after which interest grows tax-deferred. After the first contract year, the owner may take up to 10% of the contract value annually as a penalty-free withdrawal. Withdrawals above this amount may be subject to surrender charges and a Market Value Adjustment (MVA) where applicable.  At the end of each guarantee period, owners enter a 30-day window that permits renewal into the same term, partial withdrawal and renewal of the remainder, full surrender without charges, continuation without surrender charges, or annuitization.

During the 30-day renewal period, owners may:

• Renew for the same term at current rates

• Take a free partial withdrawal and renew the remainder

• Surrender the contract without charges

• Continue the contract without new surrender charges

If no action is taken, the contract automatically continues without surrender charges.

Surrender value equals contract value minus applicable surrender charges and MVA, but never less than the Minimum Guaranteed Surrender Value (MGSV).
