Seven-year surrender ladder gives Eagle Select Focus 7 a longer crediting horizon than the five-year Select Focus 5 sibling — which the carrier typically prices with a marginally richer cap and participation menu, so a buyer willing to commit two extra years gets the same index menu on a chassis that the carrier can price up.
Three crediting designs are offered on the S&P 500 alone — annual point-to-point cap, participation rate, and a fixed-rate trigger — and the S&P 500 cap is offered in both one-year and multi-year crediting-term variants, so a buyer who wants S&P 500 exposure can pick the mechanic and crediting horizon that best fit their view of the index.
Two named surrender-charge waivers (nursing home and terminal illness) plus an annual free-withdrawal allowance are published on the contract — named exits for two specific life events on top of the standard penalty-free liquidity, all visible on the page.

This contract is not a guaranteed-lifetime-withdrawal product.
