Because Pacific Harbor has no traditional surrender charges, withdrawals exceeding the 10% annual free-withdrawal limit during the initial guarantee period may be subject to a Market Value Adjustment (MVA). MVA can increase or decrease the amount received based on changes in interest rate environments since contract issue. All funds become fully penalty-free at the end of the guarantee period or during the renewal window.

Pacific Harbor does not offer optional riders; this is a pure MYGA product.

If the owner dies before annuitization, beneficiaries receive the full contract value in a lump sum, unaffected by surrender charges or MVA (except as adjusted by market value adjustments on excess withdrawals).

Pacific Harbor does not include standard nursing home or terminal illness waivers beyond MVA provisions stated in the contract.

After the first contract year, owners may withdraw up to 10% of the prior anniversary contract value annually without MVA. Withdrawals above this amount during the initial guarantee term may be subject to an MVA. Multiple withdrawals within the 10% annual limit are permitted.

Pacific Harbor MYGA is a Single Premium Deferred Annuity (SPDA) that credits a fixed interest rate for the entire duration of the selected 3- or 5-year initial guarantee period. The owner makes a one-time premium payment (no subsequent premiums accepted) and selects either a 3- or 5-year guarantee term. Interest is credited daily and compounds to an annual effective rate. After the initial guarantee period expires, Pacific Life declares a new annual renewal rate guaranteed for one contract year. The policy allows annual penalty-free withdrawals up to 10% of the contract value without MVA; withdrawals above this amount during the initial guarantee term may be subject to an MVA. Pacific Harbor offers a death benefit equal to contract value if death occurs before income payments begin.

At the end of each initial guarantee period (3 or 5 years), a renewal window begins during which the owner may:

• Renew the contract for the same term at the declared renewal rate

• Apply the contract value to an available settlement option

If no election is made, the contract automatically renews for the same term at the new renewal rate.

The surrender value equals the account value minus any applicable MVA on excess withdrawals; however, there are no traditional surrender charges.

(Contract Summary also notes a $500 minimum withdrawal and that the contract value remaining after a withdrawal must not be less than $1,000.)

Designed for clients preferring simpler fixed annuity contracts without premium guarantees, this product includes flexible rate periods, optional payout choices, and a minimum guaranteed rate protection in the state of New York.

The owner makes an initial purchase payment (minimum $25,000) and selects a 3-, 5-, or 7-year initial guarantee term (subject to availability). After the initial guaranteed period ends, a renewal rate is declared each contract anniversary and is guaranteed for one contract year, and it will not be lower than the minimum guaranteed interest rate stated in the contract.

After the initial guaranteed period expires, Pacific Life declares a renewal rate each contract anniversary, guaranteed for one year, and not less than the minimum guaranteed interest rate stated in the contract.
