Withdrawals in excess of the annual 10% free-withdrawal allowance, or any full surrender prior to the end of the 3-, 5-, or 7-year guarantee period, are subject to a Withdrawal Charge (CDSC) as shown in the California-approved schedule. These charges are applied to the amount withdrawn in excess of the penalty-free limit.

No optional riders are approved for MYGA Plus in California.

After the first contract anniversary, owners may withdraw up to 10% of the accumulation value (prior anniversary value) without surrender charges.

It is available for both qualified and non-qualified accounts and requires a minimum premium of $10,000. Contracts are issued up to age 85, and higher credited rates apply to deposits of $100,000 or more. Beneficiaries receive the full account value as the death benefit, without reduction for surrender charges or MVA.

At the end of the 3-, 5-, or 7-year guarantee period, MYGA Plus enters a 30-day renewal window. During this period, CA contract owners may:

• Renew the contract for the same guarantee period at new declared renewal rates

• Select a different available guarantee period

• Partially withdraw funds penalty-free

• Transfer funds via 1035 exchange or qualified rollover

If no action is taken, the policy automatically renews into the same term at the then-current renewal rate.

The surrender value equals the accumulation value minus applicable surrender charges and MVA (if any) during the guarantee period. After the term ends, the full accumulation value is available without penalty.

 is a single-premium Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuity (MYGA) that pays simple interest over guarantee periods of 3, 5, or 7 years. It is a California-specific product, designed with terms, surrender schedules, and credited rates that differ from the national MYGA Plus version. This annuity provides principal protection, guaranteed growth, and penalty-free annual withdrawals beginning in year two. No other state variations apply—these terms are exclusive to California.

Withdrawals above the 10% free allowance or full surrender during the guarantee period are subject to a declining surrender charge schedule, beginning at 9% in year one and reducing annually. An MVA applies and may adjust surrender values upward or downward.

Upon the owner’s death prior to annuitization, beneficiaries receive the full contract value.
