About this product
Corebridge Pathway ChoiceSM Focus NY is a modified single premium, tax-deferred fixed annuity issued by The United States Life Insurance Company in the City of New York (US Life) that provides guaranteed fixed interest growth for a selected 3-, 4-, 5-, or 7-year initial interest guarantee term. It offers principal protection (no market participation), tax-deferred growth, access to funds through penalty-free withdrawals after year one, and optional return-of-premium (ROP) protection that guarantees, upon surrender, at minimum premiums paid less prior net withdrawals.
