The Western United Navigator Elite MVA is a single-premium Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuity (MYGA) offering fixed interest rates for 3, 5, or 7 years with full protection of principal. It provides stable, tax-deferred growth along with penalty-free access to 10% of the annuity value each year. The product includes a Market Value Adjustment (MVA), which may increase or decrease surrender values depending on market conditions. At the end of the guarantee period, contracts automatically renew into a new term at current rates, with a 45-day grace period to withdraw without penalty.
