The Western United Discovery is a single-premium Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuity (MYGA) that provides fixed interest rates and full protection of principal over guarantee periods of 5, 6, or 7 years (a 3-Year option is available exclusively in California). It offers tax-deferred growth and penalty-free access to a portion of the annuity value each year. No Market Value Adjustment (MVA) applies, and the product does not automatically renew at maturity. At the end of the selected term, the accumulation value is fully available without penalty, giving policyholders the flexibility to withdraw or reinvest.
