A declining surrender charge schedule applies during the guarantee period, starting at 9% in Year 1 and reducing annually. An MVA may adjust surrender values upward or downward depending on market conditions.

No optional riders are offered. Liquidity is provided through free withdrawal provisions and built-in waiver benefits.

No ongoing administrative or policy fees. The only potential costs are surrender charges and MVA adjustments during the guarantee period. After maturity, the accumulation value is available without penalty.

Beneficiaries receive the full accumulation value, payable without surrender charges or MVA.

Waivers of surrender charges apply in cases of nursing home confinement or terminal illness, subject to state approval.

In the first year, interest-only withdrawals are permitted. Beginning in year 2, up to 10% of the accumulation value annually may be withdrawn without penalty. Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) are also available free of charge.

 Once issued, no additional contributions are allowed.

Issued by Oxford Life Insurance Company, a subsidiary of AMERCO, the Multi-Select series is available for both qualified and non-qualified accounts. Contracts are funded with a single premium and offer competitive rates across all durations. Issue ages extend up to 85, and beneficiaries receive the full accumulation value as a death benefit without reduction for surrender charges or MVA.

At the end of the guarantee period, the contract automatically renews into a new guarantee term at Oxford Life’s then-current declared rate (not less than the MGIR). Policyholders may alternatively withdraw or annuitize without penalty.

During the guarantee period, equals accumulation value minus applicable surrender charges and MVA. After maturity, the full accumulation value is available without penalty.
