The SecureFore 3 Fixed Annuity applies a surrender charge for withdrawals exceeding the free withdrawal amount or for full surrenders during the first three contract years, with an additional charge in year four. The surrender charge schedule is as follows: 8% in year 1, 8% in year 2, 7% in year 3, and 0% in year 4. After year 4, no surrender charges apply. Withdrawals above the 10% free annual limit may incur these charges unless waived due to qualifying events such as terminal illness or nursing home confinement.

For SecureFore 5, the surrender charge period lasts six years. The surrender charge is 8% in year 1, 8% in year 2, 7% in year 3, 6% in year 4, 5% in year 5, and 0% in year 6. This charge applies to withdrawals exceeding the annual 10% free withdrawal amount and full surrenders during this period. After year 6, the contract can be surrendered without charge. Waivers are available under qualifying health conditions, such as terminal illness or confinement in a care facility.

The SecureFore 7 annuity has an 8-year surrender charge schedule. Charges begin at 8% in year 1, decrease to 8% in year 2, 7% in year 3, 6% in year 4, 5% in year 5, 4% in year 6, 3% in year 7, and 0% in year 8. These charges apply to any withdrawal above the annual 10% free limit or full surrender of the contract during the charge period. After year 8, no surrender charges are assessed. Certain waivers may apply for terminal illness or confinement scenarios.

Terminal illness and nursing home confinement waiver benefits are included.

 Beneficiaries will receive the full contract value amount without incurring any withdrawal charges.
