During each contract year of the Initial Guarantee Period, owners may withdraw a penalty-free Free Withdrawal Amount:

 Up to 10% of the account value on the first day of the contract year

Systematic withdrawals are permitted monthly, quarterly, or annually, subject to maximums: 0.8% monthly, 2.4% quarterly, or 10% annually.

An Interest Income Plan allows withdrawals equal to interest credited in the previous month.

GGS is a Single Premium Deferred Fixed Annuity (SPDA) that credits a guaranteed interest rate for the entire duration of the selected 3-, 5-, or 7-year Initial Guarantee Period. The owner makes a one-time premium payment, and interest grows tax-deferred until withdrawal. During the Initial Guarantee Period, withdrawals above the annual Free Withdrawal Amount may be subject to surrender charges and a Market Value Adjustment (MVA). At the end of the Initial Guarantee Period, the contract transitions automatically into 1-year Subsequent Guarantee Periods, each with a new declared rate not less than the Guaranteed Minimum Interest Rate (never below 0.15%). GGS does not offer a 30-day renewal window; instead, renewal occurs automatically unless the owner requests a full or partial withdrawal prior to the start of the next 1-year period.

At the end of each 3-, 5-, or 7-year guarantee period, GGS automatically renews into a 1-year Subsequent Guarantee Period at the then-declared annual renewal rate. There is 

 formal 30-day renewal window. Owners may withdraw funds at any time; after the Initial Guarantee Period, no withdrawal charges apply.

The surrender value equals the account value minus any applicable withdrawal charges and MVA, but not less than the minimum nonforfeiture amount required by Standard Nonforfeiture Law.

 MYGA is a single-premium Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuity that provides fixed, tax-deferred interest growth and full principal protection across 3-, 5-, and 7-year guarantee periods. It delivers predictable, contractually guaranteed interest rates during the Initial Guarantee Period, backed by Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company of America. The product is designed for conservative savers seeking stable, market-insulated accumulation with built-in liquidity features and medical hardship waivers. After the Initial Guarantee Period, the contract automatically renews into 1-year Subsequent Guarantee Periods, allowing continued guaranteed growth at annually declared renewal rates.
