Interest for values out of surrender or not otherwise conditionally guaranteed earns the higher of the policy guarantee rate or the declared portfolio rate. The portfolio rate for 2026 is 1.00%.

The surrender value equals the contract value minus any applicable surrender charges and any applicable Market Value Adjustment (MVA), subject to policy provisions and minimum contract value requirements.

Performance SPDA (10% Free Withdrawal Option) 

offers the same guaranteed multi-year fixed rates as the base version but includes a built-in

Beginning in the second contract year, the policy allows annual withdrawals up to the prior year’s accumulated interest, with an optional 10% withdrawal rider available at issue for an additional cost. Withdrawals above permitted limits or full surrenders during the guarantee period may be subject to surrender charges and a Market Value Adjustment (MVA). At the end of the guarantee period, the contract continues under renewal terms at the declared renewal rate unless otherwise elected.
