S.USA Select Choice Plus with Return of Premium, and Penalty Free Withdrawals (Option 4) is the most flexible configuration of the Select Choice Plus MYGA, combining the Return of Premium (ROP) and Penalty Free Withdrawal (PFW) riders. This version offers both annual liquidity and full principal protection. Clients can withdraw up to 10% of their contract value annually without surrender charges or MVA, and also have the ability to fully surrender the contract at any time and recover the initial premium (less prior withdrawals and taxes). Terminal illness and confinement waivers add further flexibility in case of unexpected health events.
