If, before the Surrender Charge period ends, you surrender your annuity or take withdrawals in excess of the Free Partial Withdrawal amount, a Surrender Charge may apply and reduce the amount you receive. State variations may apply. The Excelera Plus comes with a MVA. The MVA applies only when the Surrender Charge applies. The MVA could increase or decrease the amount you receive from Surrender or withdrawals in excess of the free amount, depending on certain market interest rates. If certain interest rates decrease, the MVA will be positive and increase the value you receive. If interest rates increase, the MVA will be negative and reduce the value. There are no surrender charges during the first 30 days beginning immediately at the end of the Initial Guarantee Period or any subsequent Guarantee Periods.

Terminal Illness Rider and Nursing Home Rider.

The Accumulation Value at time of death, plus any positive MVA. Surrender charges do not apply to death benefits paid. The Death Benefit will not be reduced by any negative MVA.

Nursing Home Rider, Terminal Illness Rider.

If the Contract is renewed for a second term, free partial surrenders up to 10% of the Accumulation Value may be taken each year.

The Excelera Plus MYGIA is comprised of the base Excelera MYGA (ICC23-RO-MYGA) with the MYGIA Rider (RO-MYGIA) attached. The Rider modifies the calculation of the Accumulation Value by potentially reflecting indexed interest credits based on the performance of the S&P 500 index and may offer a lower guaranteed fixed interest rate.

Excelera Plus can renew for a second multi year guarantee period (MYGP) with Best Interest Crediting. After the first period, if no action is taken, it automatically renews for the same term. After the second term, Best Interest Crediting ends and a fixed rate is declared annually. No surrender charges or MVA apply after the second term.

The Cash Surrender Value will never be less than the Guaranteed Minimum Cash Surrender Value.

 MYGIA is a fixed annuity tailored to help achieve long-term financial milestones. Your funds grow tax deferred, are protected from market downturns and you have the option to receive guaranteed income later in life. The Plus is the Best Interest Crediting feature unique to Excelera Plus. With the Best Interest Crediting feature included in the Excelera Plus MYGIA, the interest credited is the greater of the guaranteed fixed interest and the indexed interest. Interest crediting will never be less than the guaranteed fixed interest rate but could be higher if the market performs well

Surrender charges apply to withdrawals exceeding the free withdrawal amount. For the 3-year term, charges are 9%, 8%, 7%. For 5-year: 9%, 8%, 7%, 6%, 5%. For 7-year: 9%, 8%, 7%, 6%, 5%, 4%, 3%. There are no surrender charges during the first 30 days immediately following the end of the initial or any subsequent Guarantee Periods. State variations may apply.

Excelera™ MYGA allows clients to lock in a guaranteed interest rate over the selected term while preserving their premium from market fluctuations. The contract offers flexible withdrawal options, a death benefit, and built-in additional benefits for terminal illness or nursing home confinement. Upon renewal, contracts may continue at a new declared rate and surrender period unless otherwise directed.

If the Contract Owner does not make any election, the Contract will renew for the same Guarantee Period at a credited rate declared by us at the time of the renewal, and a new Surrender Charge Period will begin

 Multi Year Guarantee Annuity is a fixed annuity product issued by Revol One Insurance Company offering guaranteed fixed interest rates over 3-, 5-, or 7-year terms. It is designed for individuals seeking principal protection and predictable growth without market exposure. It includes features like free partial withdrawals, terminal illness and nursing home benefits, and full commissions on renewal. This product is available in most states but not authorized for sale in New York.

If you surrender your contract or take withdrawals above the allowed free withdrawal amount during the surrender period, surrender charges and Market Value Adjustments (MVA) may apply. The surrender charge starts at 9% and declines each year based on the guarantee term. An MVA may either increase or decrease your cash value depending on market interest rate conditions at the time of withdrawal. These charges reset with any renewal, except during a 30-day window at the end of the term where full access is granted without penalty.

Base benefit is the Cash Surrender Value or Guaranteed Minimum Cash Surrender Value, if greater. With Enhanced Death Benefit Rider, the death benefit equals the Accumulation Value, and all surrender charges and MVA are waived.

Available only if the Free Partial Surrender Rider is selected. Allows annual withdrawal up to the greater of interest earnings or RMD requirement without surrender charges or MVA.

Available for both qualified (IRA, Roth IRA) and non-qualified funds. Issue age: 18–85 (qualified), 18–90 (non-qualified).

This annuity gives contract owners control over how their funds are managed through optional rider selections and flexible payout terms.
