After the initial guarantee period ends, the interest rate is declared going forward, with a guaranteed minimum credited rate of no less than 0.25%.

The surrender value equals the accumulation value minus any applicable withdrawal charges. The non-MVA variant does not include an MVA adjustment on withdrawals.

After Policy Year 5, National Life Insurance Company (NLIC) declares the renewal interest rate annually in advance and credits it daily. The policy also guarantees that the credited rate will never be less than 1% for Policy Years six and later (as reflected in the policy at issue).

After the five-year guaranteed period, NLIC declares the interest rate annually and credits it daily. The minimum guaranteed rate is 1% for policy years six and later.

Cash Value equals the Accumulation Value minus applicable Withdrawal Charges.
