The contract includes a fixed interest rate for the duration of the selected term and offers a free-look period of up to 30 days or longer as required by state law. Joint ownership is allowed if the joint owner is a spouse. The product supports Non-Qualified, IRA, IRA Roth, 401k, SEP IRA, and Inherited IRA funding options and is available to individuals up to age 89 and 364 days 

 Waives surrender charges and MVA after 90+ consecutive days in a qualified facility, if the owner was under age 80 at contract issuance.

 Waives charges and MVA upon certified terminal illness with less than 12 months to live; conditions apply including age under 80 at contract issuance.

If the contract owner dies before annuitization, the beneficiary will receive a lump sum of the annuity’s value. If death occurs after payments have begun, remaining payments, if any, continue to the beneficiary based on the chosen settlement option.
