The American National Palladium Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuity (MYGA) allows up to 10% of the contract value to be withdrawn free of charge each year.  Should your needs change unexpectedly, and you need to take an excess withdrawal (a withdrawal that is above the free withdrawal amount available in a given contract year), you may be entitled to access additional monies, although certain charges and penalties may apply. Any amount withdrawn in excess of the remaining free withdrawal amount is subject to a Surrender Charge.

The Palladium® MYG Annuity is a single premium fixed deferred annuity offering guaranteed fixed interest rates for periods ranging from 3 to 10 years. It provides tax-deferred growth, penalty-free access to up to 10% of the annuity value annually, and waivers for confinement, disability, or terminal illness. A market value adjustment (MVA) and surrender charges may apply to larger or early withdrawals. Upon the owner's death, the greater of the surrender value or annuity value is paid to the beneficiary, bypassing probate.
