Upon the owner’s death, the beneficiary receives the Surrender Value (including MVA adjustments). With the Enhanced Death Benefit Rider (ICC18-MYGADBR 001), the full Contract Value may be paid. Spousal beneficiaries can elect continuation. Joint owners pay upon “last-to-die”.

Interest-only withdrawals are permitted beginning in year 2. An Enhanced Interest Credit bonus is applied at the end of the guarantee period if no withdrawals other than RMDs occurred.

Contract value grows through fixed interest crediting during the chosen 3- or 5-year period. At maturity, owners may renew for the same term, elect another available guarantee term, move into a one-year period at no less than the minimum guaranteed rate, annuitize for at least five years, take penalty-free withdrawals, or fully surrender. Spousal continuation is available, and maturity occurs at the first contract anniversary following the oldest annuitant’s 100th birthday.
